Black Ops
You get a name, not a dispatch number
You will know which one is coming before the van arrives.
You see every option, and the reason behind each one
I trained at the well known shops here, and I watched people get sold the big job when the small one would have done it. So in 2017 I started Black Ops on my own license, with one rule: we evaluate the whole system, we show you what we found, and you choose from real options. If a repair will hold, we say so. If it will not, we say that too, and you hear the number before we touch anything.

Very knowledgeable and courteous. Used a type of heat sensor to determine it might not be plumbing. We appreciated the honesty which could have gone completely the other way! This makes the company totally trustworthy and honest.
