How do I book?

Can I book online?

Yes, through any of the quick checks. They read the open windows straight off our schedule, so the window you pick is a window we actually have, and the job is on the board before you close the page with your answers already on it. If it cannot be created you are told so and given the phone number, because a form that lands in an inbox is not a booking. For anything happening right now, call.

What do you need from me?

The service address, what you are seeing or hearing, how long it has been happening, and whether the water is still on. That is enough to send the right technician with the right parts.

What if water is coming in right now?

Shut the main off and call. We triage on the phone and tell you whether a technician can get to you tonight. If nobody can, we say so and call a partner shop on your behalf.

Will you tell me the price on the booking call?

Yes. The diagnostic fee is quoted while you are still on the phone, before anyone is dispatched, and it comes off the repair if you go ahead. The repair price itself is quoted on site once the technician has seen the problem, in writing, before anything is touched.
