Every job runs the same way
You pick an arrival slot on the call, a licensed technician turns up inside it, and he finds what is actually wrong before anything gets replaced.
Three steps. That is all.
Your call is answered
We answer 24/7. If water is coming in we talk you through shutting it off, then tell you whether a technician can get there tonight.
You get a name and a number
Who is coming, the window, and the diagnostic fee, before the van leaves. On site the repair price is written down for you to read. Nothing starts until you say so.
We fix it and show you
Shoe covers, floor runner, and the offcuts leave in our van. If drywall has to come out you are told before the knife goes in, and who patches it. You keep photographs of the work.

You pick the window
Small shop, based in Lutz. You pick an arrival slot rather than being told to wait on a day.

The quote you agree to is the invoice you get
The diagnostic fee is quoted on the phone and comes off the repair if you go ahead. Open something up and find a different job, we stop and requote.

Shut the main off, then call
The main is usually at the street side of the house near the hose bib, or in a green box at the curb. We answer 24/7, and the after hours fee is told to you before anyone is dispatched.
Pick Up The Phone
And We Will Book It
Tell us what is happening and we put you on the schedule while you are still on the call. You pick the arrival window rather than waiting on a day.
